I like Nobunagun. It almost went Kill la Kill levels of kill at the end of the first ep.

I really like the feel to it, it feels like they know what they're doing.  I'm just disappointed that the only group working on it is crunchyroll.

 

I done sawed a sequel to it. Been downloading the horrible subs rips until I feel like putting in the effort of finding a decent group.

mfw i found out they're airing a second season of yakuindono... :OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

 

I downloaded the OVA a while back but decided to watch the entire series again because it has been about 2 or 3 years since I have last seen it.  I really hope a group decides to pick up the second season when it starts, if it is anything like the original series, Mushishi deserves good typesetting.

 

I figured I might as well get into yakuindono now that the 2nd season is out and I had S1 sitting in my harddrive for a while now.

seeing this thread reminded me to mark down a few anime from the last 2 years on my "going to watch sometime maybe" list, and one led to utw, which led to me finding out they're subbing the new series.

Kill la Kill, Nubunagun, Space Dandy, and Noragami is what i'm watching this season. Should probably also watch mushishi, since another season is coming out soon.

 

Also super hyped for the third arc of Jojo's bizarre adventure.

I done watched the mushi ova, even though it isn't an ova, it's based on a 2 chapter series from the mango i hear.
Looks like they've got some respect for the series, season 2 should be super.

I pretty much just watched all of yakuindomo last night and the night before.  Pretty good for what it was, I'll be downloading the OVAs soon.

 

Really looking forward to mushishi S2 now.

 

We just watched Gunbuster in our club, and it was pretty interesting.  I would probably appreciate it better if I was watching it by myself and actually paying attention, though, as we were cracking jokes about the plot and technology through most of it.

I just noticed I pick my anime mostly on visual appeal. I'm horrible.

The fairly recent one. I really tried to finish it, but halfway through I got bored because there was a noticeable downgrade in animation quality (which was already pretty bad) and blargh, I don't have enough time to watch a poorly animated show about some half-naked girls fighting each other for some dumb reason no one cares about.

 

Now if you'll excuse me, I'll go watch Kill la Kill because I feel empty if I'm not watching half-naked girls fighting each other. And then Free! because the water looks nice.
