Comments & suggestions?  Just trying to get feedback so that I can improve on my tshirt designs.

 The shading and the ear look weird.

Also the lines aren't very smooth. Otherwise it's fine.

Thanks.  I think I'll start using the pen tool instead of free-handing the lines.

Alright then, let me rephrase. I think he should close the gap between the 2nd finger from the right and the glove, it just looks awkward to me and gives me the impression the thumb is a finger. (But that's just me I guess )

In term of the hand, I'd get rid of the thumb altogether (it would be behind the index and middle) and the close the gap between pinky and ring, like mocha said.

Also, I'd extend and define the jaw a little.
