Nope.

I feel awks around people who don't share the same interests as many and find them annoying.

To add on to this beautifully written little piece of poetry; If the person is lacking male genitalia it magnifies the awkwardness by 1200%

I have a fairly wide variety of interests besides Nintendo and ponies, so it's not that hard for me to assimilate.

That being said, it's difficult for me to go to Wal-Mart or Gamestop without someone waving at me and saying, "Hey, Tom."

Probably not. The only real interests I have are drawing and video games. Not to mention that my views usually conflict with the common opinions that people tend to have. Though it doesn't stop me from talking to people and having a varied group of friends. Guess I'm just endearing.

Guess I'm going to the mines.......

But anyway, I've known I haven't belonged in society for years.  If try to interact with females or strangers I fail miserably.  Life is hard  :(

I'm so socially awkward around girls and people I hardly talk to but my friends know.

I don't want to pretend I'm some special person who is somehow better than the rest of society.  I also don't want to act like I'm some lone emo soul who no one understands.

I can easily pretend or act in a specific way to get on people's good side.  Most days I'm borderline misanthropic and only pretend to care about some things.

In my opinion, society isn't worth recognizing as a whole.  People need to prove to me their individuality and why their ideas matter.  Then I can recognize you as a person.
