WOW i love my ps4 but this is wrong,i havnt got mario yet but im going to,its MUCH better than knack from what ive seen,surely ps4 hasnt outsold the wii u in the uk already?

I think it has and I'm in shock I was expecting Mario to be selling like hot cakes.

1. Yes it has, ps4 has already outsold wii u's ltd in the uk.

try again outsold Wii U within 48 hours of release... man this is a big mountain for nintendo to climb. I still think they should have done everything in their power to have MK8 ready for this christmas along with 3d world. their marketing is picking up... it is going to be very interesting to see how Nintendo and the Wii U finishes this gen.

Ok i am a bit unsure of the etiquette here, should i stop enjoying mario because it was outsold by another game, or i should still enjoying mario even though it was outsold by another game, please internet, tell me how to think and feel. lol

i doubt they sold 100k wiiU's in the UK, that contry hates nintendo extra hard for some reason. the pure installbase gave knack a lead there, regardelss of how much worse knack is and how much better the drones pretend it is.

The thing is a lot of us Brits can't even find a PS4 to buy!
I search daily and it's out of stock everywhere for now.
Sunday afternoon I played Ghosts online with 1740 players.
PS4 had 40k online playing Ghosts at the same time.
Xbone had 22k so looks like PS4 is off to a good start.

all this illustrates to me is that consumers are stupid. Very, very STUPID

I really wouldn't read in too much to this beacuse these are just the starting sells for both games and I believe mario has more lasting appeal than Knack and that game will drop in sales ranking.  Right now this is just the early adopters who are buying what every they can get their hands on and based on what they got Knack is a pretty good edition to them.  Not to worry Though Mario will be on top.

Whilst Super Mario 3D World is the better game Knack is not far off and I'm not surprised Knack has sold better as it's one of the better PS4 launch games.

Well. Isn't this something. PS4 games were always gonna sell well (as it is the launch of the thing), but I completely agree. The UK game market is stupid, I know this first hand being a resident.

I'm fine with the release as is b/c I have a backlog of games and probably don't need to be spending money I don't have on them.  But I'd imagine that DKTF and Mario Kart would sell systems during this critical time of year.
