MLP is spreading through your school? That's awesome! XD I can't see it ever spreading around my school though. Partly because I would never tell anyone that I watch it.

Whoops. Phrased it wrong.
I meant the word had spread through the school that I was a brony :C. Not that my whole school was being converted.

On a side note, Kurt and I have been slaving away at mlpforums.com (not to mention that we got a mention on Equestria Daily ). We're working on a custom skin for it, and it's looking quite good so far (Rainbow Dash is our official loading pony, so you'll see quite a bit of her around the site). Who wants an exclusive screenshot for TheWiiU.com?

MLP Forums was mentioned on Equestria Daily? That's awesome. Hopefully they'll mention it again when the forums open, as that'll bring in a nice number of people. Can we please have a link to where it was mentioned?

Seth gave us a quick shoutout in Nightly Roundup #95. I sent him an email about mlpforums.com, and he was happy to include it (though I get the feeling it's far from the first time he has reported on an MLP forum).

And because you asked nicely, I present to you a screenshot of our totally-in-development skin, exclusively for this forum:



Please be aware that this is very much a work-in-progress, and everything you see now is subject to change. Just about every image in there is a placeholder, too, and there are certain things like the Rainbow Dash loaders that you cannot see in a simple screenshot.

Let's try to work this out, shall we?

1. Twilight Sparkle and the gang are surprised about something (possibly clones or Celestia). They are also in the castle.
2. The gang will see Princess Celestia.
3. Twilight Princess is cloned. Maybe Twilight is making a picnic and has to make clones?
4. Princess Celestia is most probably a clone or just dyed her entire body. I also notice that there is some blue fuzz around the ponies in the back if you look very closely. Could it be they too were being cloned?
5. Applejack and Rainbow Dash will most probably have a character development scene.
6. Fluttershy scared. That's all I can tell.
7. Twilight Princess Sparkle using her magic. Yay!

Apparently there's going to be an episode with rain (maybe eternal? And that's how TS saves the day!)

Yeah, it does look like there is more story.

In other news, thanks to EQD, we've now passed 100 pre-registrations! We're making good progress towards our goal, but there's still quite a ways to go.

Glad we're finally getting a MLP forum. Those big active MLP:FiM communities never had forums from what I saw (on the other hand, some of them I might not have wanted to have joined if they had them... lol ).

The exact goal is a secret, but it is quite a bit more than 100. There is a chance, by the way, that we may reach our pre-registration goal before our pre-launch preparations are complete.

Kurt and I are gonna go for a big launch. Something comparable to the "great merge" that happened here in June.

We're hoping to make it before season 2, and if the registrations keep up at this rate, we probably will. However, they are already slowing down (the nightly roundup isn't gonna stay on EQD's front page forever) so anything you can do to keep the momentum going would be very helpful.

There are actually several notable MLP forums out there, but none of them have a name that gets them anywhere in Google. Not to mention that Kurt and I are gonna be using IP.Board, which is simply plain awesome.
