Since we are on the topic, are all the launch titles gunna be available for purchase on day 1 in the eShop? I was thinking why not start taking advantage of the Deluxe Digital Promotion right away? Also does anyone know if we will get Club Nintendo points from digital purchases or just in retail copies?

There's not many games on it anyway so I can't see how you can have much trouble with it.
