That's a damn shame..My wife won't forgive me if I buy a potential 100+ hour TV game. The 3DS version it is then :( Kinda hoped the Gamepad would work if only for Dual Stick :(

just so you know the wiiu version has online, the 3ds won't.

Sad thing that some companies understand that Ad-hoc is a big fuss.
In US I am 19 years old, I'm not going to hop in my car and drive around trying to find friends that will make me look like a pedophile and second the online structure should be expected, not everyone is going to have a next door neighbor with the game...

USB keyboard support coming on day 1 patch. They also said more to come. Mic supportiiverse pics or off tv play perhaps?

I bought a USB Keyboard for Monster Hunter Tri I will definitely be using it on this game this summer, I want my Wii U bad but I will have to be a bit patient.

Man, can't wait for this game! I put in about +270 hours on tri and this one looks like it will be even better! I still play the wii game every now and then, which is quite a feat since I got the game when it first came out lol.

Man, can't wait for this game! I put in about +270 hours on tri and this one looks like it will be even better! I still play the wii game every now and then, which is quite a feat since I got the game when it first came out lol.


I don't know how much time I put into Tri but I spent countless hours I can tell you that.

The 3DS game was originally made for Japan, and MH is a killer series in Japan. That's why they didn't make an online multiplayer game mode, since they just ported the game.

Ha ha, I actually have solo'd Jhen. Thanks to Jho so geneously giving me talons to stack upon my attack gem, which stacks on my armour gems, which stack on my food buffs, which stack on my horn buffs, turning me into a 2000 raw attack monster (2132 to be precise).... Until I get below 50% health... when I get ANGRY (you dont want to see me angry)

Anyways, yeah Im so getting this.

Actually Im trying to find a bundle deal on both 3ds and wiiu version together.

Its confirmed by Nintendo NA that it comes out March 19th.

What are you talking about? Online is for the Wii U not the 3DS though and its still a stupid concept.

yay, looks like game chat and keyboard support are making their way into the game. Guess we will use the gamepads mic. Hopefully the demo will convince my buddies to buy it.

Buddies eh? I just got a new USB keyboard and USB headset, I look forward to both of the versions but the 3DS console will have to wait.
I don't want a 3DS mostly because of the region lock and the lack of proper controls since I'm use to console systems, I didn't even like the PSP controls to be truthful.
