If sony wants me to re-buy a Vita they need to really show they put their all into supporting it and have good games to show.

Thing is dead move on people, don't get me wrong but Nintendo dominates the handheld market an with tablets and smartphones on the rise I just don't think there is room for Sony anymore, probably why Microsoft never bothered with a dedicated handheld gaming device, Sony should just concerntrate on thier home consoles now.

-5 MH clones(5 look-a-like monster hunter games)
-Gundam game

-Final Fantasy X HD(PSVita Exclusive)

I'm noticing a distinctive lack of Phantasy Star Online 2 in that list, my friend...

...Also, what the hell. Final Fantasy 10 HD is exclusive to a system that people only seem to comment sarcastically? Who in their right mind thought this would be a smart decision to make?!

Clearly, Sony are hoping that FFX HD's exclusivity on Vita will increase it's sales. Whether that works, I guess we'll have to see.

For those not aware, titles were:
- Toukiden: One of the MH clones, coming from Tecmo Koei.
- Soul Sacrifice: Another clone (but with good concept to be honest), coming from Comcept, Inafune's new company.
- Valhalla Knights 3: Can't remember who.
- God Eater 2: Namco Bandai.
- Dragon's Crown: Supposed to have been last year IIRC. Atlus
- Gundam Breaker: What even is?
- Phantasy Star Online 2. I know that it's taken off on PC. I think it would be SEGA on this one.
- Final Fantasy X HD.
- There were a few briefly shown right at the end as well. I think Dead or Alive 5 and One Piece were in that list.

SS is of a similar gameplay style to MH but it looks impressive enough on its own, simply dismissing it because of some similarities is just ignorant.

I'm assuming God Eater is also a clone to you? What are the other MH clones?

Seriously? The system is priced very reasonably, the memory cards are what need a price drop and by the looks of recently announced bundles in Japan that seems like a big possibility in the near future.

I couldn't care less about the PS4, so I for one am hoping there's some big Vita related announcements.

It's really aimed at Asian audiences I think (and people who live that kinda stuff). Price drop is decent but what price would it make the Vita? I think they'd be selling at pretty big losses.

Hmm interesting, both the models in Japan will be $215 equivalent...both 3G and Wi-Fi. If Sony wants to push the Vita they really need to bring those savings out west...along with lowered mem card prices.

Also for clarification...FFX HD ISN'T Vita Exclusive.....they only talked about it on the Vita since it was Vita focused this morning.

If we DO see Phantasy Star Online 2 come out west....that coupled with a price drop and if we get lower memory card prices....Sony may get me to re-buy a Vita.

Remember people, all this has to be localized too, this is only confirmed for Japan... And I know the Vita is region free, but this doesn't help if you want to understand these games.
