The Wii U console will use HDMI, or you can connect a Wii cable to it for SDTV's.


WiiU also uses Mutli AV that supports Composite and Component too.

I need a HD tv too. Just for the better experience. But being a jobless 16 year old, they are quite expensive... And even if I had a job they're still expensive lol. My parents are only just now looking for one... for the living room... I'll need one for my own gaming room.


Please, tell them they should not go with a cheap LG hdtv... and even Samsung cheap ones such as LE40C540 and anything below that series, it won't matter what kind of graphics you have in the console, the picture will look crap, i have 2 HDTVs in the house, this one is non-LED the other one below is LED backlight.

Tell them to take a look at this one from Samsung: UE40D6750 ... you won't be disappointed and you avoid the panel type lottery with this model, it cotst just above 1100 €, cheap, i got refurbished one for 750€ :D

Also, THE KIRBY PRESENTATION AT THIS NINTENDO DIRECT WAS AWESOME! It looks even better than Mario's anniversary Wii disk!

It's listed under the "hardware" category. It's not a game.

Though why they would be selling damaged consoles is beyond me.

I would also like to see some depth in story between all the planets, racers, and vehicles. Perhaps some CGI videos between races (skippable of course, If you're not into that sort of thing)?

Also! Wii U tablet drawing feature used for putting stickers, different paint jobs and original designs on your vehicle.

Looks great. This would be extremely helpful.
The 3DS charging cradle was amazing and easy to use. (So this should be.)

This could very well be. 720p? is that like a certain version of CryEngine 3 like the latest 3.4 version or it can only run CryEngine 3 at 720p period? It doesn't matter to me just curious.

It can run CryEngine 3 and support it's main features like lighting, bloom, bitmapping, textures, physics etc. It just won't have the frames per second or eye candy of the PC version (CryEngine was designed with pushing the PC to max in mind). It won't look as sexy as the PC version but it will look better than the 360/PS3 for sure and offer a solid framerate at 720p as opposed to 1080p on the PC.

I finished school back in 2008........ Not 1 of the 86 or so people on my friends list plays COD. And half of them are ditching the 360 and Getting a Wii U so I wont have a lack of friends.


sounds like ur surrounded by a bunch of really awesome people. either way, COD must be there, if you love nintendo, you will want COD on that system cos you want the system to succeed
