Black Ops II became a wasteland for people trying to use the Wiimote seriously because Treyarch didn't bother to properly playtest with it (you couldn't adjust sensitivity and the cursor jumped across the screen while aiming) and Duel Analog controllers enjoyed the most powerful aim assist of any Call of Duty game to date, which gave them an overwhelming advantage over the already gimped Wiimote. The end result was predictable as traditional controllers managed to outclass wiimote users at every level outside of the top.

 

Don't repeat this mistake.

 

Personally I like to see a return to lag shooting over lag compensation, but the deal breaker for me (and a lot of other pertinacious people who stuck with the Wiimote.) is to see the same sort of system from Black Ops II be used for Ghosts. So please, make sure the wiimote is properly tested to function and reduce Aim assist, at least for the WiiU version since there are multiple controller types as opposed to the 360/PS4 and a proper balance needs to be stuck.

it doesnt need 1080p its a good looking game and 1080p upscale on wiiu is crisp ,,,it keeps the file size small for easy eshop purchase

 

this game is huge looks amazing has loads going on and 4 players on screen @ 60 frames

 

yet its a 2GB file that is simply amazing 1080p may have uped the file size nintendo saeem to want this game packed in tightly likely for fast easy download

The cpu is a power pc 750 series. Just like game cube, and just like wii. That is, if you think an i3 is just the same as an i7 because they are both icores.

Gekko was a 750 cxe. Broadway was a 750 cle. Espresso is based off of a 750Gx or Fx or later. Someone may want to look those up to see how they compare to broadway.

@orion, the small unknown chip is a multicore arm secure processor, likely serving a similar but gteater role as the arm secure processor on the wii's gpu die, starlet.

total bull its based of gekko its the same core EVOLVING each generation they didnt change that powerpc cl is the broadway not the other way around LOL

Two Tribes was very happy to report that: “Today we discovered a new hardware feature of the Wii U that shaves off 100 megabytes of texture memory usage in Toki Tori 2!”

But what does this extra 100MB of texture memory allow them to do?

They explained this hidden feature’s benefits by saying: “It means we spend less time loading and have more memory available when the game is running.”

Good news to hear. It appears that the Wii U is all around a surprising console. Michael Ancel recently praised it as being very powerful, and other companies like Crytek have more than been pleased with it. Though of course the silly “it isn’t next-gen” debates will rage on until the Wii U’s generation ends in five or six years.

Saved 100mb i bet thats 50% because i bet the wiiu like the gc and wii had a texture virtual design ability to break up texture data into smaller easier chunks INCREASING TEXTURE SPACE AND THRU PUT BY 50%

 

so example 1mb ram = 1.5 mb textures

 

1mb ram with 4x texture compression = 4mb of textures but ad in virtual design its now 6mb textures

 

wiiu is doing this and its a upgrade improvment on wiis ability to do this combined with fast ram low latency a big texture catch and modern compression its looking like wiiu is DOUBLE the xbox 360 meg for meg in delivering textures to the screen...

 

 

i bet its a texture hsardware/software trick TYPICAL NINTENDO THE BEST WAY ALWAYS

 

if ps3 used 256mb for textures and wiiuused 512mb for textures and both had the same compression ratio etc wiiu would have another 256mb of textures plus compresion vs ps3 its moving 50% more all the time conbined with modern hardware being more effective and wiius custom disc drive loading much much much faster than say ps3 ITS CLEAR WIIU DELIVERS HUGE TEXTURING PERFORMANCE and theres far more actual in game ram than last generation too

THIS IS JUST ONE OF MANY TRICKS NINTENDO WILL USE :)

 

I have to giggle at neogaf comunity etc they point blank will not admit this kind of thing exists ITS PC OR BUST imagine being that DUMB
