I can't believe I just realized why I never expierience display lag with any console games, while some of my friends do... It's because I still have a big CRT TV. It's just one of those times when I find the past better than the future.

Yup, that sound right. That is one of the things I am looking at when I get a hdtv.

I still have a copy of Chameleon twist 2, one of the only n64 cartridges I have that still work.

I never played Glover, but heard good things about it.
I have never played chameleon twist 2, but the original was one of my favorite n64 games as a kid.

Reigion locking is utter unicorn tongue. I know there's a way to watch PAL DVDs on my computer without changing the limited reigion code, I just don't feel like it now. How does reigion locking help anyone? It won't stop pirates, they can just change the file or work around it. A DVD set I bought should not take me a while to break through Apple's, Microsoft's, and the entire movie association's unicorn tongue.

He he he... Because I lived in China I know every way to avoid these kinds of things. They make special DVD players that can read ALL regions! They are about the same price as a regular one too.

I don't think region locking is for priacy alone. More like to make sure a person buys the stuff from there own country.

I know region locking is for the money. They try to make sound as if it's to prevent piracy when it does no such thing.
@nl: Computers are capable of playing any region disc, you just have to mess with the firmware or use a specific program.

You can choose the server you want to play on. I have to leave around 1:30, but I think I will be back a few hours

Is minecraft worth the money they charge and do any of you consider it fun? Also, is there anything like a coupon for it?

Great for very creative people. I still play it every now and then. My friends and I have made an entire metropolis together.

I just drowned in nostalgia again. This time it was old games and flimsy internet. I remember when Toad was a plausible character in Melee or that one time I got a virrus on my mom's computer looking up a cheat in pokemon yellow to make Misty take her clothes off.

So... Do I save for the Wiiu or spend $70 on an anime box set... I'm leaning toward the box set. I can make more money later.

Well, I may not be as socially active as my friends, but I'm going to end up more socially ept in the adult world. It's kind of sad that I can provide background information and be on hold with a bank superviser to verfiy a purchase for the second time.

Well, I missed my change to get the Siren Visual release of Higurashi Kai... I should have pre-ordered it, but now it's out of stock the day it was released.

In a few days I am planning on searching for Spiderman for the N64. Whenever I look for N64 games, I always try to find classic I didn't rent when I was a kid. Should I get Donkey Kong Country, Starfox, or both? And does anyone else have any suggestions?

Glover is a decent game for the price. Also, the Turok series is rather good. :keeps throwing more games on the pile for you to get:

You got me GameCollector! But in all reality some great N64 games are Golden Eye, Tony Hawk Pro Skater (Any of them), Mario 64, Paper Mario, Megaman 64, or Smash Bros.

Actually, from what I had read, the PS1 version of Megaman Legends was easier to control. But Megaman 64 is the same game...cheaper too. o-o
