Why is it only in recent years that Hollywood "reboots" or "remakes" everything? Can't stop thinking about the apparently "inevitable" Indiana Jones recast or remake.

Happening with TV shows as well. Everything from Arthur to Beyblade seems to be being remade in crappy CGI.

I’m not saying rewards are bad, I’m saying you can divide them into two categories – some are like foods that are naturally beneficial and can increase your life, these are the 'real accomplishemts' Im lamenting about being an endangered species. But most today are like drugs. This is where most acheivments fit in.

Game designers have been told by publishers, now controlled by marketers, that making food is too hard, and requires too much time and talent. So instead they resort to drugs all the time. Because they know they can get people to buy it and get hooked on it, if they market it enough. Theyve gotten so good theyve been able to monetize the 'drugs' alone as a new business model 'free to play'.

The meaning behind modern game design is you’re some schmo that doesn’t have anything better to do than sit around pressing a button and killing imaginary monsters. It doesn’t matter if you’re smart or how adept you are, it’s just how much time you sink in. You don’t need to do anything exceptional, you just need to run the treadmill like everyone else. Just stay on the treadmill, do what youre told, get acheivements that tell you how great you are for doing nothing.

I have alwas loved their developers and stated they had the best and developing game on a HD console they would get the respect they deserve... but they need more variety step out the box and dont do something predictable

Splinter cell Blacklist on Wii U is a GREAT game. not sure what studio developed it but they did good. The loading times are INSANE though... seriousl you can make a sandwhich and geta drink before the game loads. Overall though its an amazing game and makes good use of gamepad. wish they could patch the load times though.

I would but it's 4:20 am here lol
But Yeah I saw a comparison a while back before I bought it, and if I remember correctly Wii U version was actually the best overall with loading time being it's only flaw compared to others.

@WydrA that is correct one fo the few Wii U ports that is better than its ps360 counterparts... except for the damn loading seriously they should have patched and marketed this game as the superior version. @Mesan3 I am cool with that you would have to pick a day and time I am at work right now... add me on Miiverse GAMER1984
