I know some people say mario party 1 never happened because of lawsuits but what everyone says is mario party 1 was going to get released on the wii vc but it was cancelled. That said let me tell you about that common statement: That NEVER HAPPENED!

Also about the lawsuit nintendo lost tell that to the analog trigger lawsuit they WON but did not use them in any wii u controllers & japan may not have legal issues with earthbound but if they can release that game with NO CHANGES AT ALL they should think consider mario party 1 for vc. I may have the cartridge for that game but if it got re-released on the virtual console it would not give you blisters because the recent nintendo analog stick are not going to hurt at all anymore. So... who's with me?

About what? I'm just trying to debunk what people are saying about this game not being on the virtual console that came out of thin air (planned then cancelled). I also I did not know where to put this article.

That game ruined my hand back when I was a leetle babby.

 

Earthbound can be released in the US because it didn't cause physical harm to people, so you can't really compare those two games.

Both have legal issues Earthbound cant be released in the us due to sampled music & the sticks cant harm people anymore like in the n64 era. Just think about that for a second.By sticks i mean this: 1.http://upload.wikime...oller-white.jpg

Petty theft and Mass Genocide are both legal issues but I think they have different degrees of severity.

I'll have YOU know Mario party 2 & 3 was crap in comparison to the first one IMO because the boards & mini games in MP2 were NOWHERE near as good as its predecessor. Also even though I thought Mario party 3 is better than 2  it was still not as good as the first game. What? I cant love the first game the best? What gives?

You know, if Nintendo put Mario Party on the VC, they could probably make some extra ka-ching by selling more of those protective gloves. Then everyone would be happy!
