I think the Westboro Baptist church may have something to do with this. The marathon was to raise awareness for the Sandy Hook shooting and remember who tried to protest at that memorial. I bet Phelps is sitting back laughing at these events.

Yeah, I was at my grandma's and that is ALL they were talking about on the news. Nothing else, just that. And now we will see it Blow up all over the internet, but i'll keep it in my prayers.

is it true, tha the mombs had dozen of small sharp objects on them (like nails) ? they say alot in my country about it. But I think it was a setup from the inside also.

 

There is a facebook page, that posted this news, 3 days before it happens.. ? There is a video on utube about it. A nice way to start another war...

Yes, they were hme explosives with materials like ball bearings and what not used for shrapnel.

Looks like another glory killing to me. The event is no coincidence.

The Boston Marathon has absolutely ZERO to do with Sandy Hook, and stretching to implicate Westboro because they are anti-gay is egregious.

 

The Boston Marathon has been giong for 117 years, and while a particular team might have been involved with Sandy Hook awareness that has nothing to do with the race in and of itself.

look at that, 1 month earlier than the actual event. Its about boston marathon! Reminds me all the prev "attacks" same way advertised before they happened.. Even two towers.. anyway.

I live in the UK and this saddened me so much when I saw it on Sky News, my thoughts and prayers are with those who passed and are hurt, R.I.P. I hope the b*****ds who did this are caught.

Well apparently now they know the perpetrators behind the attack. It's two American of Chenchen descent and one of the was killed in the police manhunt while the other is still at large.

Hasn't been confirmed if they have been naturalized, they've been in the country since 2001ish.  Both were born and brought from Kyrgystan, and the older brother was a devout muslim.

 

Chechen Muslims are a different breed, and they were well known for being absolutely ruthless in Iraq and Afghanistan.   There isn't any word on whether the younger brother (still on the loose) was still a practicing muslim, but he was certainly raised that way. He was brought to the US at 9 years old.  Speculation of the older brother pulling him into extremism is going around.

 

Correction, the older brother came to the US later than the younger, but no word on exact year, but he came here as an adult, so within the last 8 years.

Wow, it is a lot harder to catch a suspect than to kill him. Well the police did a very good job now that he's in custody. The people of Boston and all of Massachusetts can now rest easy.
