I suppose you could, although it would be unfair. If a moderator of administrator has some sort of grudge or just doesn't like you. I don't think that would happen on this forum though. I think I remember something like that happening on another forum though.

Sure. I think those interviews give the opportunity to know a little bit more about members. Um, think of interesting questions. I don't really think you will have a very hard time on that. Keep it professional.

It's already is tearing itself apart. People are leaving the fandom because it is not what it used to be apparently (it was never what people thought it was in the first place though). Bronies aren't everything they say they are. They say they are accepting and "love and tolerate" everyone but yet they resent furries because of stereotypes and other people (from watching a few brony con convention videos I could see people making fun of other people and leaving people out of the group because they didn't know them).

Anyway, the whole mentality of the MLP forum is a joke for the most part. They are just like everyone else on the internet.
