Looks good. However, i think it could look better, but for a low budget CW Show, it doesn't look bad.

Wait, so CW are making a Flash tv show while at the same time having him appear in Arrow? That's stupid.
I wish they just left him out of Arrow. I liked Arrow because it was quite gritty/realistic for a CW show based on comic books, but now with them stopping oliver from killing people and adding in characters with superpowers its starting to get a bit too silly for my liking.
Also, I'm not sure if it's the costume or not but this guy has an extremely odd shaped face. Might just be the angle.

I wish they just left him out of Arrow.
He actually only appeared in 2 episodes of Arrow. I don't think he is going to return to Arrow unless they decide to make a cross over episode.
