Any tips for meeting people in one's local area? I go to a site I won't name where you can meet people in one's local area. The problem is, getting them to go out with you is hard. I might have better chances if I get some money together and say things like "I will take you to dinner and the movies and pay for it."

First let me say I am far from having any sort of expertise in this area but maybe it would be better to just ask if you can take them to dinner and/or a movie. Just not off the bat. About saving money, it might not be a bad idea as traditionally women expect you to pay for that sort of thing on a date.

I think we would be more of dating theorists here. And since there are not really any woman here to confirm our theories that's probably all they will ever be. Theories.
If someone here talks to a female and puts any of the stuff discussed here into practice and achieves success report back here immediately!
