WiiTalkUListen, is the new podcast made up of Wii U forum members Mignaga, TrickySx4, Sir Noonabites, Deadly Virus, and SolxBurst. With that said, the first episode is out now!

Just finished listening to it, and I was fantastic for a first podcast.

One suggestion I do have though, and it's just a suggestion, is to add some faint background music. It would add some more ambiance and spice up the podcast a bit.

that was awesome and poor noona lol i agree with what you said about friend codes but i think it would just be easier if when you booted your wii u up the first time it just connected to your 3ds and took your friend code from that and added your friends if they got the wii u also

I really hate background music, since it interferes with the talking. Plus there are no music that everybody likes, so some people will inevitably be put away by it. But that's of course just my opinion, I might be the only one.

Understandable, but the background music would be at a volume in which it exists, but doesn't drown out the voices.

It could be themed, in a way. Discussions about Resident Evil could have the Resident Evil soundtrack playing in the background, discussions about Pokemon could have Pokemon music playing in the background, etc. That way, it could eventually find something that someone likes.

You're right, very few people interested in a video game podcast would dislike video game music. OK, as long as there isn't constant background music, because that sort of makes the whole thing sound less important, like a commercial message or just something you listen to briefly, while passing by, so to speak.
