Of all devices, why a 3DS. It might have actually been a prank by the person who traded in the 3DS as they would not likely have a link back to them.

It's not like every 3DS comes pre-loaded with porn. Just some morons who took pictures on a 3DS and then traded it in, and the morons at GS who didn't reformat it. And it's also not GameStop's fault, it's that GameStop employee. I think GameStop is a great place to get games

um, Gamestop, you're suppose to wipe the memory clean of every traded hardware,so this type of thing doesn't happen.

That's why I don't like buying second hand, they never check stuff. When I first got my Xbox 360 4 years ago I brought Fable II from CEX (Computer Exchange) I had to return it 5 times, every copy I got never worked, It's just easier to buy brand new, gives me peace of mind too.

Scam artists worked to ruin Christmas this year for one Talladega boy.

The boy's mom bought her son a Nintendo gaming system but when the boy opened the box there was no Nintendo. Instead the box was full of rocks wrapped in tissue paper.

The mom bought the Nintendo from a Wal-Mart in Talladega. She explained to the store what happened, and the store gave her a new Nintendo.

The mom got another 3DS free of charge though.
