With G4 going away, I felt like it would be fun to say some memories of the once great gaming network. My favorite memory was watching Icons. Withought that show I would have never known about the OddWorld games or Yu Suzuki!

I remember the first G4oria. Well actually, I remember the first 5 minutes, where some band covered "I Ran (So Far Away)" and then after that I got bored and turned it off.

Also remember Robot Wars, even though that was more of the TechTV umbrella.

Spike. They had Adam Sessler this year.

I hated G4. They destroyed TechTV, always talked about Nintendo in a condescending way, were 360 fanboys, and filled AOTS with airhead models and porn stars (literally porn stars...) to try and appeal to young guys. Young guys don't give a crap about these girls pretending to be gamers. We only ever watched it for Kevin.

nice, thats good that someone covers it and you are right all the shows were horrible after kevin and olivia left aots, and seesler on xplay

I hated always hated G4. They hate Nintendo and love mainly only mediocre shooting games! Plus I came to the conclusion they are either brain dead morons or their opinions are bought out. To hell with G4!

Well put Goose. G4 turned from a video game channel to a fap channel in less than 2 years.

Icons was a great show. Its a damn shame they canned it and replaced it with FPS fanboy crap.

Cops doesnt belong on G4. It belongs on TruTV! I need to stop before I get a heart attack lol.

I remember it sucked horribly, was full of misinformation, and was complete and absolute garbage. I count its demise as a much celebrated victory in my personal secret war against crap videogame journalism.
