Sales figures can be taken too literally, every cex (second hand tech store) near me seems to be brim full of wiiu systems.I hope they (nintendo) dont reach their target then someone in a detached from reality office might realise that all is not entirely well with this console launch

Lego won't sell systems, I have been taught this by the helpful 3Dude. (I kind of knew it already, which is why I said it won't reach it's target).

Not a chance of reaching that goal. They needed to get much closer to the number over the holidays than they did to have a shot.

Maybe after hearing the news on Nintendo Direct, some people on the fence will finally get a Wii U. However they might wait till said game comes out which will be well past the end of March. Might help their sales a bit though.

I think they can do it - we are entering tax return season, and have Rayman Legends and some other games launching between now and march. Games like Monster Hunter will push systems alone.

Monster Hunter will in Japan, at least. Although I am very interested in the game. Just not sure if I'll like it, but I'll be closely watching gameplay vids.
