It's not a bad game in terms of mechanics and gameplay, both are really solid. It just suffers immensely from a lack of content and bad design decisions.
It's simply unfinished. If someone would ask me if they should pick up the game I would tell them to wait until winter when the rest of the game is patched in.

There are so many things wrong with Splatoon, it's just not even fun.
1. No Lobbying with friends.
2. Only One Online Mode
3. Unbalanced Weapons
4. Only 5 Maps in total, LOL
5. No Option for Pro Controller
6. Unable to Exit Lobby
7. Limited Custimization
8. Unable to change wepaons without leaving lobby
9 Do I even have to mention no Mics?
Yeah the game mechanics work and the game looks pretty. But it's a bad game.

Picked up Kirby Triple, 3DS game.
That is a great game. All around great game.

Buying Watch Dogs for Wii U instead of PS4/XBone and on that graphics quality is weird. It's funding crappy ports.

LOL, can't believe games getting a few lower scores because they don't like how sexual she is.. How silly.
Meh, its his opinion. Only thing that bothers me is the blatant double standard. If this is something he feels strongly enough to not just mention it, but dock points for it, he should do the same for EVERY game, which he hasnt.
