So, as the title imples, what are the best DLC packs to buy for Fire Emblem: Awakening? After waiting two months to pick up this game (I wasn't able to buy it at launch when it came out in the U.S. since I didn't have the money at the time) I'm finally getting this game on Friday since I bought it via Amazon. And I would like to know what areb some good DLC packs to buy for the game. Like, is there any DLC packs that helps grinding levels faster and easier? And are there any ones that just help develope the story a little?

So far, I have gotten the most enjoyment out of the "challenge" maps. But the maps that really pay you back are "The Golden Gaffe", "EXPonential Growth", and "The Infinite Regilia". Those really help you with getting gold, getting loads of EXP, and obtaining rare items.

Though, later on better maps will release, and they look fantastic. The DLC is great, definitely buy at least some of it.

Reward spoilers ahead but the dlc maps I would recommend are:

Champions of yore pack (low level enemies great for grinding early on and the final one gives the skill All Stats +2)

Golden Gaffe (get 60,000 gold a run)

Infinite regalia (get a silver card, thus halving the cost of items in shops)

Lost bloodlines 2 and 3 (special class change item and the skill paragon)

Smash Brethren 2 and 3 (special class change item and the skill Iote's Shield)

Rogues and Redeemers 3 (the skill Limit Breaker and the last one gives you Ike. Can never have enough aether.)

I personally don't care for EXPonential growth due to a high number of the enemies having counter, so you have to be careful, but then again, by the time I did that chapter my guys were all very high levels so that map was useless.

The rest don't give anything significant as far as I'm concerned, but I suppose it couldn't hurt to buy them.  Haven't read much about the next batches of dlc yet, hoping they are good.

In case you're wondering, buying dlc on one file appears to unlock it in all files you have already or make in the future.  I was worried about that when I started but my testing seems to show my fears were for nothing.

Of the ones who I actually cared about:

Chrom+Sumia

Avatar+Olivia

Inigo+Lucina

Owain+Morgan

The rest were done to either get the children characters or I thought the relationship was hilarious:

Sully+Virion

Gregor+Nowi

Cherche+Ricken

Vaike+Lissa

Tharja+Libra (Thats right, dark curse girl is with the priest)

Miriel+Henry

Cordelia+Frederick

Lon'qu+Panne

Kellam+Maribelle

I've been hearing that there may be more DLC stuff coming out for Fire Emblem: Awakening. Is this true? or is this just minor speculation?

In an interview the guys from 8-4 play (the localize-ers of Fire Emblem: Awakening) did with the creators of the game, the creators said that they would love to work on another, but they'll just see how it goes. So nothing official, but it's a possibility.

Well, in Japan, plenty more DLC packs came out. Currently, I think we're waiting on series 2 or 3 to be localized. I'm assuming we'll get them, they're actually relevant to the story.

So, I finally get this gamer tomorrow from Amazon in the mail and I was wondering if the game had any multiple endings in it. Like a good ending or a bad ending. So does it have multiple endings in the game? Or is there only one ending for this game?

There are multiple endings but,

(some may consider this a spoiler, its not a plot point, just the way that you get the ending, it is very small)

Today Fire Emblem: Awakening fans were treated to yet another new DLC map for theirgaming pleasure. It's called Summer Scramble, but as noted by gamers on NeoGAF, fans in North America and Europe aren't getting exactly the same version of this map as those in Japan.

Namely, we're being deprived of Tharja's butt.

Everything else about the DLC, including images of other characters in their swimsuits, was left unchanged. Only Tharja had a curtain pulled over her derriere. Curiouser and curiouser.

Below you'll see the censored image, followed by the uncensored version.
