Greetings! There is this one character I've been so curious about that has changed through time... The Pokemon trainer. This guy was in SSBB. So I guess he may come back, he was a great character... If he comes back to SSBU/3DS. Would you guys think he will be from X/Y or from Black and White? I personally think he will be from B/W because X/Y has character customization, so its pretty much the B/W or the default character from X/Y

Judging by the fact that Pokemon X/Y  will be out significantly before Super Smash Bros U/3DS, my money is on the X/Y  trainer.

But seriously there are no Pokémon characters representing Gen 3 and it's so annoying >:(

Someone obviously doesn't play Pokemon

 

Also X and Y will have been out for months when SSB4 gets released, so X and Y trainer would make sense, to be honest i believe they will treat Gen 5 like they treated Gen 3

Chances are it's going to be the X/Y trainer since it's the most relevant Pokemon game at the time Smash 4 comes out. Unless the game was in development and the trainer was planned before X/Y was known, and thus it would be the B/W trainer, but I find that unlikely.
