Well I could guess that Nintendo is not going to make this as affordable as we think because that Street Demo, well if it isn't fake then the production is going to be much bigger and then on top of that you have shipping prices.

$249.99 USD and CAD on launch date. He said it won't launch at the same price as the wii and it won't be cheap. I'm going with $350+how was the wii priced?

The U.S elects a new president every 4 years. Barack Obama was elected in 2008 and he wants to run again for president. Not many people want to vote for him again, though. 2008+0004=2012 2012=election year
