Yes it is. My friends hate using the Wiimote and I will not buy 4 upads. So my 3 friends will use CCPS and I will use the Upad. They should make a new CCP though. Because I don't want to connect it to the Wiimote and it's not wireless.

You can only use 2 Utabs anyway :P (why is that underlined!? when I press the underline button it doesn't do anything <_< )

they should redesign a classic controller of some sort because the wii remote is uncomfortable to play with sideways. maybe bring out one that plugs straight into the wii u instead of having to plug it into the wii remote, or better still wireless straight to the console,
also I want to know is if most games will use motion-plus in the wii remote. because i don't have it built in.

I can imagine that the WiiMotion Plus will retail for some very small offering, so at least existing consumers can upgrade (if required). Nintendo will have it covered, there would be no point rendering all the Wiimotes useless, or asking 'big' of consumers so they buy all new Wiimote Plus' D:

I'm expecting $500-$600 Australian, and that's compared to some of the launches of other consoles.

That's pretty drastic, no? Remember how Nintendo said they wouldn't make the same mistake again?

I'm thinking $250-$300. I know that's pretty low for a console like the Wii U with the controller and all, but Nintendo's probably gonna do like Sony (and the 3DS?) and make it up on software sales.

i sold my brain on ebay

i still love marina :'(

$500-$600 AUD sounds likely.

At the very least for a launch, $450 AUD.

Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON

The Wavebird was immense! I wish I could find a decent one for a good price...quite rare now! CCP is great, but isn't tailored uniquely like official GC controllers were. We're gonna have to agree to disagree here I reckon :P

The price is going to be very dependent on two things:
1. How much the console and controller cost to make
2. Wheither Nintendo plans to sell it at a loss or profit at launch

Oh, the Gamecube wavebird is nice, but I don't think you can use it on WiiU. What is the wavebird ultra? Because the Wii Wavebird was ugly.

Right. 'Wavebird Ultra' is not a real product, but it is suggestive to Wii Ultra, like some people have speculated before. What Wavebird for Wii? I am not interested in third party devices because it is not following a house-style produced by Nintendo.

Anyway, this is straying from the point. I replied to you in the first place, because you said you didn't want to wire up a controller to the Wiimote. So...Wavebird. But Ultra. As it is (potentially maybe, but whatever) a wireless controller that has the functionality of the Wii U pad, but without the screen. Seems silly, but since everyone is going on about CCP...and you don't want wires....there, thats enough. Sigh.
