[Robotic Sunshine Commander]

Just update the damn Wii U chat so you can-

-access chat through home menu

-have 1 on 1 chat

- have group chat, up to 5 people(anymore is too much)

- video chat during menu/ out of game services.

- make the chat a pop-up box, so it has easy access.

 

There you go, Nintendo.

It's redudant, plus Wii U already has video chat.

Yeah, it's super redundant to go from 3 million people to over 500 million people you can potentially video, voice, or text chat to.

Wiiu chat I think. So yeah why would they pay someone for the service when they have one. I'm confused lol.

video or voice chat you can do on the video chat on Wii U, and text chat? LOL Who would want to waste time pressing buttons with a stylus on a tablet like controller? It's way faster and easier to just use a computer to type.

4. you missed my point because you're obviously an idiot, 3 million people is a tiny pool of potential people to call. Skype has about 300 million billion times as many users. Some of which don't even own a Wii U!!!!!!!! which must amaze you I know, but trust me, some people do not own the console yet.

Your opinion that adding more options is redundant isn't a valid opinion.
Nintendo should just not make a console if that was a valid opinion. so should Sony.
We only need 1.

My upad is very portable, and my phone crashes if I try to use skype.

The point is the Wii Chat app is only useful if you are someone that knows people with a Wii U to chat to.
If we had Skype you could use it to chat to people that didn't have a Wii U.

Not knowing someone with a Wii U is different from having someone know you own a Wii U.

Typical negative person response, of not even realising they're doing it. Calling Wii U a 'dead console with no games' is a ridiculous thing to say.

And why Skype would be a good idea? The same reason Skype being on all these smart TVs is, the same reason the Xbox One has it, and the same reason the Wii U has a chat app in the first place.

The chat app on Wii U? Yeah that would be useful if everyone had a Wii U. They don't, whereas a ton of people have Skype and can use it on practically any device.
