See Rare would have to hire competent employees before I would get excited about anything. I would like to see them try to develop for the 3DS though.

This is MS Rare we're talking about here. They'll swap together a quick port of an N64 game with upgraded graphics and a few minor changes and then call it a day.

Not to say that'd be too much of a bad thing of course. I'd pay good money to have a revamped version of DK64 with 3DS-quality graphics.

Technically though rare could make a game for the Vita aswell.
I think they should release donkey kong racing which they were working on before they got sold to Microsoft.

They are, but I guess since Microsoft doesn't have an official handheld gaming console that they could publish on others. We saw a similar thing when there was going to be a Halo game for the Nintendo DS.
