Hey guys and gals, I got a question. I know I am getting a Wii U for Christmas and I know that it's the version that is bundled with Nintendo Land. My plan is to go to Gamestop the next day and buy one more game for the system. My question is, which game should I get? The four I am looking into is New Super Mario Bros. U, Darksiders 2, Tekken Tag 2, and ZombiU. Which one should I get? It's great to be apart of this forum and when I do get the console I can't wait to add you guys add chat with you on Miiverse. Always check for deals first.

If this is supposed to be a single player experience, then Darksiders II is probably the best one there. For multiplayer, I'd say Tekken Tag if that's your style of fighting game, otherwise NSMBU.

If you want something that's actually a unique experience the Wii U was promising, get Zombi U. I have Zombi U, NSMBU and Darksiders 2 on Wii U, and they're all very good, but Zombi U is the one I keep coming back to. It's the only game so far that justifies having a gamepad imo.

i think that may be four games.......
besides that, those 4 games are all different genres, personally i wouldnt get darksiders 2 because after a while it just gets boring. tekken tag 2 does try hard to be better then a standered port so it is a possibility and imo zombi u was extremely repetitive and didnt like it so i wouldnt recommend it. nsmbu its by far the best new super mario bros games, so do you like platformers more? or fighting games more, personally i would go with mario because for once it was kind of hard this time around

Yeah that was my fault. I only had three games at first but then I added in Tekken at the last second but I forgot to change the number

ZombiU, I beat it twice back to back and it felt different the second playthrough, I still can't get enough, multiplayer is better than I expected, and a lot of fun. It's an awesome game and out of the ones you mentioned I would get it first.

If you can't get another game for a while I would get one with multiplier, so it will keep you busy until you get another game.

i would get either zombie u or mario out of the games you mention

I'd recommend NSMB (U). It's a good platformer. If you're familiar with older Mario titles (super mario bros; super mario world), you'll really enjoy it.
Multiplayer for NSMB is great too

Id definitely go NSMBU.....You need a game thats going to keep you busy, and on top of the lengthy story mode, which was actually just the most enjoyable thing in the world, it was not easy, and collecting star coins made the game a very challenging task. There are soooo many other things to do outside of story mode. They have challenge mode, boost rush mode, and other modes that give the game a tonn of replay value. I havent even attempted playing with a buddy yet. NSMBU for sure.

Dude, I'd get Super Mario U. The game is sweet, challenging, and absolutely looks beautiful. I can't stop playing it. Nintendo did Mario right this go around.

I would get either zombiu or mario, I dont know if you have other consoles but I would stick with the wii u exclusives

I have really been enjoying Mario so i would say that, i've only dabbed in ZombiU so far (mostly due to playing through Mass Effect 3 on my xbox) Mario looks great and its a real challenge too.

Warriors orochi is really good too.
