I know, but still... free download...

Especially if it was a RETAIL game....

Especially if it was a RETAIL game....

Free to the second person.
Nintendo already profited from the first person.
It doesn't encourage anything.

And it's done by design, for family members to play all the games their other family members have bought.
Stupid of them, but nothing to do with piracy at all.

I know but it's unfair for the first person... say they spent 59.99 on a retail game on the eShop... the new person would spent 0.00!

Nintendo already said they are going to fix the Nintendo ID system so It's not console tied. If this is true, I don't see what the huge deal is anyways. It would be No different from buying a system off eBay r Craigslist that comes with games. The person who buys it wouldn't be getting the games for free, they were bought at some point. The person who sold or traded on can't get them back either if he never deleted the user. Plus most people usually wipe a new system clean and make new users anyways without thinking about it.


It hasn't been confirmed. And considering Nintendo already has the ability to do transfer accounts (as anyone who sends back their Wii U for a fix gets the account transfer), I don't think it's going to happen...

Also, you can delete the account without deleting the NNID (as in someone can retrieve it and such). It's... a bit of a mess.

Nintendo really have not thought this though have they :(

Yup.

Most people at my school are like that, but most of still like Super Smash Bros and Pokemon for multiplayer and nostalgia.
