The delay is the biggest kick in the groin of all. This coming from the publisher whose last Rayman game, Rayman Origins, has barely cracked 2 million on all platforms including handhelds.....2 frickin' million. I would bet that they would sell 500k on the WiiU in the time between March and September had they released on schedule. Something really smells rotten here

Nintendo also published Razor's Edge...
Nintendo is funding Bayonetta 2, they didn't fund Razor's Edge.

Its a port of a game already on ps360, which makes bringing it up pretty irrelevant.
Third party IP's can switch publishers and Beyonneta is a Sega IP.
Yeah, if publishers are willing to pay for it, which no publisher was, which was why Bayonetta 2 was cancelled. Nintendo pulled it out of the garbage with their own money. Its not going anywhere else.

Rayman Origins was released in the same month as MW3, Skyrim, and Assassin's Creed Revelations, and now Legends will be released with Grand Theft Auto V.The delay is the biggest kick in the groin of all. All I know is I'm buying GTAV instead of Legends

Im guessing this is why there is going to be a Nintendo direct for 3rd party games? They want to assure everyone to not freak out like other forums are doing at the moment.............. we shall see
There is almost nothing they would be able to show that would change my mind on how completely and absolutely worthless nearly all western third parties are on Nintendo platforms.
They have worked very VERY hard to make sure we know, without a shadow of a doubt they are crap on Nintendo platforms and we should not waste our money on them.
The only thing they could show that would interest me would be The joint nintendo third party projects nintendos been talking about. And all that would show is that in order for third parties to not suck on Nintendo platforms, is to have nintendo directly step in and help them not suck.
But ill tell you what, Ill take it all back if one of those games is red steel 3.

Being a rayman fan since I was 7, hyping this game more than any rayman game before, now that it's delayed it feels like a punch in the nuts to me.
On the other hand, i'm trying to look on the bright side of this. For one thing I wouldn't have been able to buy this game launch week anyway, since i'm buying fire emblem awakening next week. Also, this is a great way for rayman to get more popularity, and a chance for PS3/Xbox owners to finally get to play the true sequel to origins.
On the other side, this is a real bummer. Nintendo's been backstabbed again and there are now no games i'm looking forward to until at least March, I haven't turned on my wii U since January 27th, and that wasn't even to play a real game. To be honest, the wii U barely anything exclusive to the platformers that gamers actually want right now.
If pikmin or the wonderful 101 are delayed anytime soon, I might actually go to the point of selling my wii U. It kind of feels terrible to think that too.

“We heard from many Xbox & Playstation owners and Rayman fans who told us they really wanted to play Rayman Legends on their current system. We decided to give the fans what they wanted while at the same time broadening the audience exposed to this innovative and memorable game.”
You know what's funny about this? If Nintendo fans were begging for a particular game to come to their platform, developers and publishers, 99.9% of the time, wouldn't give them a second thought. Yet, some vocal PS3/360 fans manage to get the game put on their respective platforms. Pathetic... People laugh and think it's ridiculous when some suggest that there's a conspiracy against Nintendo. At this point, I don't know what to think anymore.

Honestly, I think the game is ready now. They just shelve the Wiiu version untill all versions are done so they can market it in a bigger way. I wouldnt br suprised if something behind the scenes happened between Ubi and Nintendo. Something about this just doesn't sum up.... :s
Yeah... Except no matter how much big they try and market it, its going to get completely snuffed by gta5.

Something is fishy for sure. Even with Wii U losing exclusivity to this game, you would think that Nintendo would've fought to get a timed-exclusive and get it released now, while PS3/360 owners had to wait until September. This could've possibly pushed hardware sales for Nintendo. Now that all versions are releasing simultaneously, that opportunity is pretty much gone. The game's appeal on Wii U, at this point, will come down to the unique control schemes associated with the GamePad.

But 360/PS3 usually gets stuff first while poor Nintendo is second. Why oh Why?Because then people might buy it.
