eDRAM is better than eSRAM.
eDRAM is also very expensive, eSRAM is also not cheap but much cheaper than eDRAM, there have been people saying that for the price of the eSRAM MS could of got GDDR5 & for the price of eDRAM Nintendo could of got a lot of extra RAM,one of the big problems with the WiiU is that it is not x86, having eSRAM or eDRAM is pointless really because it is just about cutting power use & space in the box, it will add pennies a year to the power usage & the space matters little, it just makes it more expensive to produce & also gives programmers a extra set of coding to do.
reason the x360 was easier to develop/program for was because the PS3 with its cell CPU was a nightmare.

He didn't attack them at all. He said he personally thought their lineup was meh. that's the only (semi-)negative comment about them he made. The rest of the time he talked about the Wii U, which is part of HIS company.
If I remember correctly, MicroSony have both attacked Nintendo and each other much more blatantly.
did he mention the WiiU's launch games that were mostly ports of twelve month old PS3/X360 games & the launch window size that was from when the console was released in November 2012 until March 2013 ?
the bosses at Nintendo are starting to lose the plot i think.

i cannot wait for this
my WiiU will be getting the rest of the year off by the looks of it, it has had most of the year off anyway
R* have said they are not looking at next-gen yet, so maybe GTA-6 will be coming out on the WiiU

Oh I know, I just find it ridiculous. I understand wanting more games, but just constantly moaning on about everything gets old.
Either enjoy the Wii U or sell it and move on.
there is no point in looking through rose tinted glasses all the time, though.
it seems that on here every game that come out on the WiiU is either the game that will save the WiiU or it's a game worth buying a WiiU for, there is no game worth buying a £200-300 console for.
nintendo promised so much with the WiiU & have simply not delivered.
my WiiU is not worth selling because nobody wants to buy them, when i have mentioned selling it to people i know they have said they either have a Wii, i tell them that it's a WiiU i have & they says whats the difference ?

why are people going on about it looking better than the X360/PS3 version, the WiiU is supposed to be competing with the X1 & PS4 !!!!!
do the gamepad features really offer that much though, i had this on order for my WiiU but had heard the game was not really shaping up to well, so i cancelled, the WiIU version will be more expensive from what i have seen also.
seeing this video has not really changed my mind.

how would i go about changing out the CPU/GPU in my WiiU i have under my TV ?
Posted by alan123 on 01 August 2013 - 02:05 PM
Can't do the link due to phone, it seems the BBC have spoken to IGN and that was the outcome. However seeing as the UK is a.dead area for the WIIU could this news artical help spread the word?
what that the console is dead ?
all it will do is ut people off who were considering getting a WiiU.
here in the UK there is zero advertising for the WiiU or it's games, i have seen the odd Pikmin 3 advert on the TV, the only other adverts i have seen/heard is one on Talk Sport where the WiiU sponsored the Tour de France bulletins.
in that recent publication of WiiU sales the whole of the EU & Australia sold 10,000 WiiU's, so the EU was less than 10,000 & the UK was what lets just say 20% that would be only 2,000 WiiU's.
people keep going on about how the games will help at xmas, but i doubt any shops will be selling WiiU's by xmas, they will use the shelf space for the X1 & PS4, because they will continue with the space they have for the X360 & PS3.
the third party ports the WiiU is getting are inferior to the X360 & PS3 versions, they are either poor ports of older games or they are new games but with bits missing, like multiplayer or longterm DLC like map packs for CoD etc.
i'll never buy a Nintendo console again at launch, my trust in Nintendo has evaporated.
i don;t think anything Nintendo do will help either, a price cut will upset current owners but even if the console is cheaper there are very few games available, the amount of the cut i think to help could maybe maybe kill the console anyway but, i think the price would have to be £99 for the premium version to give the WiiU any chance against the X1 & PS4, but again without games it's a mute point.
Nintendo have no choice but to continue to support the WiiU for at least the next four to five years, any new console would not come on sale for two years at least & in that short time, people will be that annoyed at buying a WiiU that lasted such a short time i doubt anyone would buy on day one, which would make things even worse.
i don't think there is any real solution to how Nintendo can help the WiiU,

Lets cut the crap, lets stop tip toeing around this issue, its the million dollar question for any nintendo or just tech/gadget fan,
"At E3 next year, what if, Nintendo announce a new wiiu+ console, a new upgraded machine that competes with the more powerful new breed of consoles, that no developer can criticize.
Would you forgive nintendo and buy one?
EVEN THOUGH, you bought a wii u?"
Its a tough one guys n gals.
Oh and if you think this post is stupid or hating or whatever, dont reply, its a would you or wouldn't you question .
If Nintendo will give everyone who brought a WiiU a new WiiU+ then YES !
If not, no, would anyone buy a WiiU+ ?
I have owned a WiiU since launch & i wouldn't pay money for a WiiU+ & i am a Nintendo fan ! the people who have not already got a WiiU wouldn't buy a WiiU+ either & even if Nintendo did want to release a WiiU+ it would take a couple of years at least.
Just face the facts, the WiiU is dead, you have spent your money on a console that will be remembered as a failure, just call the ball & live with your decision i have.
crossed out, due to comment below.
Its not meant to be a hard hitting real life question, its just a fantasy thought kinda question. For FUN. If it bugs you, why read it, and more importantly why respond?? Now go back to your shell and stay there until you open your mind a little x
just seen this post,
what are you age 5 ?
if it's a fantasy kinda question why not post it on your imaginary forum ?
