Time for the first piece of Dursley trivia! Did you that in the book " Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" released in July of 2000. It is mentioned that Dudley Dursley throws his Playstation ( AKA PSX,PSone) out the window after being frustrated because Vernon Dursley and Petunia Dursley ask him to go on a diet. But the strange part is, the book takes place on August 4th 1994, meaning Dudley threw the PSone out on that day or before. Yet the Playstation wasn't released in Japan until December 1994, and 1995 overseas.

Did you know author of the Harry Potter books, J.K Rowling, visited a town in England named Dursley as a child? She disliked the town and named the Dursley family after it due to the their mean and greedy spectacular actions as a family and to Harry.
