Chat should be removed already, I honestly don't know why I haven't been banned yet.  

 

If MournBlade enforces the new chat rules, which he seems like he is, well then a lot of people are going to be banned now.

Hey Nollog, I've been talking with a few other members and mods lately [people] and we are thinking about contacting feldo to update and change a few things with the site. We were wondering if you would be in support of any of our ideas or if you had anything to add or recommend that could benefit the forums.
What we are pretty much going for is an update to the swear filter (to include things such as happiness, Cuban cigar, etc), more specific chat rules to cut down on the pointless drama that ends up spilling over onto the forums (or a mod (or admin) who can keep up with chat), a new admin (community admin) who can keep up with the forums more often than feldo can, and a possible revision to the mod team to possibly include section mods that can keep the gaming section from being so cluttered.
For bringing it to feldo's attention we are thinking about sending in an e-mail but also posting a thread about it (a mod would make it) where the other users weigh in their opinions or support over the ideas. For now, we are keeping this between several members so we know what we want to say before contacting feldo and so some members won't use it for their own agendas (such as [people] pushing to become mods).

You should try talking to feld0 in a mod forum type setting before making a public thread imo.
It'd be a bit brasin' to make a thread calling him out as a moderator.

i think people test the boundaries.
For a good while I didn't report a lot of things I would be reporting now because I wanted people to feel like they could have fun, and make the place maybe feel a bit better for everyone.
Now it feel like people are going to lengths to see what they can get away with.

My goodbye status being deleted was pretty rage-inducing.

And that's how I really feel about that incident.

oh, and i dunno who deleted it, I just assumed it was him because he's a happiness for no reason to me.

Nah it's his forum, his decisions.
He probably thinks he has good reasons.

The ban was September 27th 2011.
I think I've asked him to re-think it three or four times widely spaced out since. Last time was a year ago, so I sent him another pm about a week ago since it had been a year since then.
Never get a reply so I'm never going to stop asking.

I think I edited the parts mournblade might get in trouble for.

Oh, and I almost forgot, I tried pming amac about it too.

so it's been like 57 years since i got that warning for saying "hey doll" and similar welcomes in chat, since feld0 never replied to the pm i sent before christmas, can you look at it?

I have no problem with being banned from chat.
It's legitimate. A better ban than I've ever gotten anywhere on the Internet in fact.
It's because of things I actually did say, not some made up bs about what I might have maybe implied or what someone thinks I was doing.
I'm not pasting all these things to get anything to happen, If I want to be unbanned I'll send another PM and leave it at that.
I don't like being accused of things though. Hopefully I've cleared that bit up at least.

I knew someone would write something like that here. I have to step out of the game for a moment. As a big fan of Michael Jackson, the singer. The allegations made against him were completely false, hence his ''not guilty'' verdict in court.
